30 days, no arguments
If the cleaner does not clean your brushes, or you simply do not want it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number. We reply with the return address within one business day.
- Pack the cleaner clean and dry, with the lid, pad and cable, in its box if you still have it.
- Post it with tracking. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong — then we cover it.
Refunds
The refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Faults after 30 days
If the motor stops working under normal use in the first 90 days, write to us with a short video and we replace the unit.
