1. Who we are

2. Orders

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order before shipment if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Our full Shipping Policy applies.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price under our Refund Policy.

5. Product use

The product is an electric cleaning device for cosmetic brushes. Use it with water and mild cleanser only, keep the motor base out of water, and follow the instructions supplied. It is not a toy and is not intended for children.

6. Intellectual property

The Rinsella name, logo and the content of this site belong to Decolinker LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
