Shipping policy

We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Orders leave our fulfilment partner's California warehouse within 1 business day of the order being placed. Delivery takes 3–5 business days in most of the contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes can take longer. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships.

Because the product ships from inside the United States, no import duties or customs fees apply. Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund the order in full, at your choice, and we cover the return postage.
