Rinsella Electric Makeup Brush Cleaner

You know the drill. The brushes are dirty, the foundation goes on patchy, and washing them by hand is a twenty-minute job you keep not doing.

Rinsella does it while the kettle boils. Slot your brushes into the holder, add water and a drop of the brush cleanser you already use, press the button. The water spins around the bristles and lifts the product out. Tip the water away, flip the lid, and the brushes air-dry standing up.

What it does

• Cleans 2–4 brushes at a time. The silicone holder takes standard face and eye brushes of different handle sizes.
• Gentle on bristles. The water does the work; nothing scrubs the brush head.
• Dries upright. Flip the lid and use it as a stand — no bristles flattened on a towel.
• Runs on USB. Plugs into a normal 5 V phone charger. No batteries to replace.
• Small. 16 × 9 cm (6.3 × 3.5 in). It lives on the vanity, not in a drawer.

Cleaner base, transparent cup, silicone brush holder lid, silicone cleaning pad for large brushes, USB cable. Brush cleanser is not included — use the shampoo or gentle soap you already have.

Good to know

• Use lukewarm water and fill to the MAX line, not above it.
• Very large kabuki, fan or oversized foundation brushes may not fit the holder — that is what the silicone pad is for.
• Give the motor a few minutes' rest between back-to-back runs.
• Colour: white with a rose-gold rim.
